In a community where most comedians are struggling to make ends meet, a South African based comedian from Tsholotsho seems to be enjoying his fair share for every skit he produces.
DJ Mapresa, born Promise Sibanda is expecting to sell his skit of comedy titled, Inzipho zikaSathane in the end of July for over R80 000.
Tsholotsho business people and socialites have promised Sibanda to pour a lot from their pockets in an auction to buy the skit.
Last year, Sibanda released a single Rhumba track featuring Dubia Masters titled, Umzila WeGolide which sold for R36 000
“Those who bought the song last year have promised to double their contributions on the skit that I will release on July, so I expect over R80 000 from this skit,” said Sibanda.
Sibanda is a comedian who is well known for his comedy which are always dissing Tsholotsho and Plumtree.
