Police in Bulawayo have arrested three thugs who allegedly assaulted and raped a woman at her home before robbing her of her cash and household property.
According to a source the three alleged thugs are Moreblessing Linga (38), Cain Mpofu (34) and Bright Ngwenya (42).They pounced at the victim’s house at around 4am this week on Tuesday.

The victim reported the incident to Kumalo police station leading to the arrest of the trio.
“Police received a tip-off before pouncing on the trio while they were offloading the stolen items from their car. They arrested them at the scene,” said the source.
The family recovered their stolen property.
