Enock Ngwenya is tired of living with his disrespectful son.

This came out at the Western Commonage court when he revealed that his son comes home at midnight and starts to insult him and the tenants.

“I am applying for a protection order against my son, named Witness Ngwenya.

He comes home at midnight and starts to knock all house windows and insulting me and tenants,” said Enock.

“I no longer want to stay with him, he is a grown-up person. I pray if the court grants me a protection order so as to stop him from coming home late, knocking on all house windows and insulting me and my tenants and I also want him to stay away from where I reside,” added Enock.

In his response, Witness did not oppose his father.

The magistrate granted the order.
