On 11 January 2019, B-Metro published an article titled “Wham Bam Phone Gone” in which it was alleged Mr Kennias Chikerema had his phone stolen by a woman he had hired for sex.
Mr Chikerema disputed the circumstances around the theft of the phone. It has since come to our attention that he did not indulge in sexual intercourse as alleged by the woman.
We, therefore, would like to unreservedly apologise to Mr Chikerema for the inconvenience and anguish the allegations caused him and retract the sexual allegations in their entirety. — Editor.
