SOUTH Africa now top 2022 Qatar World Cup qualifiers Group G log standings with four points, one ahead of second placed Ghana.

Yesterday, Bafana Bafana edged Ghana 1-0 with Zimbabwe, who are on one point, set to take on Ethiopia this afternoon in a must-win away fixture.

Ethiopia are smarting from a one nil Ghana defeat.

The Knowledge Musona-captained Warriors were last Friday held to a nil all draw by Bafana Bafana.

The Warriors will go into battle without the services of injured Tino Kadewere amid reports that Musona is likely to lead the team’s attack alongside Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Khama Billiat and Ishmael Wadi.

Wadi, a former Bulawayo City and Caps United forward was an unused substitute when the Warriors played against South Africa.

Warriors Expected Lineup

Talbert Shumba, Takudzwa Chimwemwe, Devine Lunga, Alec Mudimu, Onismor Bhasera, Marshal Munetsi, Thabani Kamusoko, Kuda Mahachi, Knowledge Muson, Khama Billiat, Ishmael Wadi
