THE Victoria Falls Road Circuit is set to host the third and final leg of the National Championship on Saturday.
The event, to hosted by Bulawayo Motoring Club, is set to attract some of the best bikers and drivers from around the country for points on the national racing standings.
BMC vice-chairman Zane Shah said the event promises to be competitive.
a�?Ita��s an event not to miss as drivers and riders have an opportunity to close up or gain as many points as possible as the season draws to a close. The Super Bike Series riders have very few points between the top contenders so they will be all out to topple one another,a�? said Shah.
Rider Phil Archenoul from Harare is in the lead with Bulawayo riders Ian Gutherless, Tim Shultz, Fuzzy Walker, Dave Moaut closely following behind.
In the field of Sports and saloon cars, pacesetters John and Brett Cameron from Harare will seek to consolidate their lead in their Lotus 7a��s, with Bulawayo drivers Angelo Tavares, Darren WinterBoer, Darren Pragji, Phil Minaar Jnr, Dean Norman, Zane Shah, Julian Van vuuren, Phil Van vurren, Sam Nyamapfeka, Jimmy Zevgolis looking to finish off strongly in the penultimate leg for points.
