Bulawayo gears up for festive season …with top Zim, SA artistes set for HCM music festival

AS the festive mood is slowly rolling on in the season various promoters and venue owners are tussling to present the most mouthwatering events in different parts of the country.

Bulawayo will come alive on 4 December 2022 as it will be treated to a musical gala dubbed HCM Music Festival with a line-up of celebrated musicians set to take turns and thrill fans at the Bulawayo City Hall car park.

The gig promises a lot of fireworks considering the stellar line-up of artistes in the likes of top South African artistes DJ Tira, Master KG, Dladla Mshunqisi and Amaroto.

The fantastic line-up also boasts talented local artistes, top of the list being Winky D, Jah Signal, Mzoe 7 along with top wheel spinners DJ Mzoe, DJ Yona and Mufali.

Event organiser Dee Nosh real name Kudzai Madondo, director of DTL Records, who are putting the gig together with Harris Hotel said people of Bulawayo and Matabeleland region at large should be ready as they were going to give them plenty of fun.

 “All is set for the show and we are happy to be hosting the big musicians from South Africa and those in the country so that they can bring fun to Bulawayo and Matabeleland region at large.

“As we enter the month of December people should welcome it with joy and merrymaking and this even makes the event more special.

“The artistes are coming to perform for their fans and are promising killer performances as they cannot wait to come through and deliver. People should come through and enjoy themselves,” said Matondo.

He said security would be on high alert to sniff out any rowdy elements.

“There will be no room for violence during and after the show. We are hopeful that the show will go according to plan,” said Madondo.

Dj Tira also known by his self-given Zimbabwean name  Dirarizare Marufu, has endorsed the show with a short clip saying people should come and party with the best.
