THE two teams sit neck to neck on the domestic league log standings and their rivalry will once again be tested when they meet in the first round of the 2022 Chibuku Super Cup next weekend.
Highlanders have been handed a tricky away fixture to Triangle United in the Lowveld in this year’s edition of the knockout tournament.
Interestingly, on the Premier Soccer League table standings, a single point separates the two sides.
Triangle United sit on fifth position with 34 points from 22 games while Bosso have accumulated a point less from the same number of games and occupy sixth spot.
The Chibuku Super Cup draw was conducted in Harare Tuesday afternoon.
The away trip to Chiredzi will be the first for relatively new Highlanders coach Baltemar Jose de Oliveira Brito in a cup tournament since he took over the Bulawayo giants after the sacking of former coach Mandla Mpofu.
